searchable database of decisions from the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the District of Montana and other related material.
We publish cases from other Montana Courts that relate to bankruptcy
issues. In
addition, subscribers are provided with updated alerts from the
publishers as new decisions are entered by Montana Courts. Montana
Bankruptcy Court decisions from
the period beginning in 1992 to the present are currently
available on the site. We will offer
legislative updates each week during the 2019 legislative session. The Montana Bankruptcy Reporter is the best way to stay up to the minute with developments in the area of bankruptcy law in Montana.
